Best Western Premier Mount Pleasant Hotel

We are a very busy, independently owned and managed 4-star hotel, operating near Doncaster. It comprises of 90 bedrooms with self-catering serviced cottages and apartments. We have 5 function rooms, a salon and vibrant brasserie.

Seven years ago, we approached Tracy Gethin to ask if she would like to instal a new auto- doing system in the hotel’s in- house laundry, which comprises of 7 Primus washing machines.

After consultations, we agreed terms and Tracy and her team moved in to remove the old equipment and instal the new. This was conducted fast and efficiently, working into the night, which consequently did not affect the operational procedures of the housekeeping department.

Tracy visits and is in contact with me on a regular basis. She checks the equipment, making sure that the laundry is operating to a high standard and maximum efficiency. She also writes bespoke wash programmes to fit with our exact needs as ell as discussing any issues that may arise.

We also use the Concentrates Chemical System which our housekeepers find easy to use. Tracy provides all the necessary training and certification.
